Squid

The Squid belongs to the kingdom Animalia and its phylum is the Mollusca. The class that the squid belongs to is the Cephalopoda class. The squid is a very interesting Cephalopod. They use ink as an escape mechanism to get away from predators. The ink that is found in the ink sac can be used for writing which is really neat. The squids are the fastest swimmers of the  invertebrates as well.
